Cépage Viognier

A very ancient grape variety, introduced by the Greeks (600 BC).
A variety with a very low yield that produces luscious, floral, aromatic wines.
A pale yellow with a golden tinge. Its aromas of acacia and white flowers go well with the peach and apricot flavours.

Aged for 6 month in stainless steel vats, this wine with generous aromas of white flowers can be drunk in its youth.
Serve between 10° and 12° to fully appreciate the typical flavours of this grape variety.
